- Always plant using a gritty, well-draining soil.
- You can make a good mix using commercial succulent soil along with perlite and sand.

- When your succulent has outgrown its container it's time to repot.
- Remove the plant and loosen the roots.
- Move to new home and wait to water for a few days to give the roots a chance to dry and recover.
- Always use containers with drainage.

- Carefully remove leaf and set aside to recover and dry for a week.
- Place on top of soil and it will grow a new baby plant.
